Our accommodation is a 7 minute drive from Beecroft town centre, in a quiet street and peaceful location, and is very spacious, with an abundance of natural light through tall glass panels. The property is accessed via the driveway, securely tucked away behind the main house (entirely private). It offers two comfy beds-1 Queen size bed, 1 single bed (if you are not a couple please request for the second bed to be made), a lounge with TV, a study area, air-conditioning/heating, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, washing machine with a combination dryer, sun lounge space and a private bathroom. The sunroom overlooks the lush, green garden. There is abundant free street parking and quick access to the city via the frequent (approximately every 5 mins during peak hours) M2 bus service (2 stops to the city via Wynyard to Town Hall). 2025 and 2026 Traveller Review Award Recipient thanks to all my lovely guests!

The neighbourhood in Carlingford is very tranquil and safe with a serene park opposite to the property for a peaceful stroll and an area for kids to play. There are nearby shops within walking distance (~7 mins) for a nice dinner out, a local pharmacy, GP surgery, and a bakery for any additional needs. There is access to an express bus service 2 stops away from the city (~7 min walk from the stay). North Rocks Shopping centre and Carlingford shopping centre are close to the property. Castle Hill shopping centre and other many lovely eateries are approximately 15-20 minute drive away from the stay.
