Property info

Our property has all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay on Kangaroo Island. The property at Baudin Beach is ideally located with an accessible beach, boat ramp and Art Gallery. As we are on an island, we recommend guests take out travel insurance to cover any unexpected costs that may arise. Please do not place foreign/menstrual items, grease or sand in our septic system and conserve our tank water. If guests do not share bedrooms and require additional rooms and/or bathrooms, this will incur extra costs for linen and cleaning. Please discuss with host your requirements prior to arrival. There is a washing machine available for stays of 3 days or longer (or by arrangement).
