Glenbar Cottage is a peaceful retreat at Yelta, 20 minutes from Mildura. This 2 bedroom self-contained cottage overlooks the Merbein Common and billabong. Enjoy sitting on the veranda watching the moon and sunrise over the billabong. Observe beautiful local bird life in the garden. Walking distance from the Murray River, with walking trails that start at the gate. Boat and canoe launch only 5 minutes away. Your hosts, Michael and Kim are next door, happy to attend to guests' needs, and share knowledge of the local environment. Yelta is 5 minutes from Merbein, not far from the Murray Sunset National Park, about an hour's drive to Mungo, and 3 hours from Broken Hill. Relax on the veranda, enjoy the views, or head out and explore the local environment. Children are welcome and sure to enjoy exploring the tracks around the billabong. EV charging is available.
