The Hosted B&B is located downstairs, with your own private areas. The Hosts, ( us) live upstairs, but do use the kitchen downstairs.
Both myself and my wife are former bank employees, Leon is semi retired, and my wife currently works in Local Govt.
We are situated in a residential area, within walking distance to the main street, tram, with a fifteen walk to the beach - or catch a free tram !! The airport is approx. 12 minutes by car, and the City is within a 30 minute tram ride. Within walking distance to Hotels and other " yummy" eateries. Across the road is the Holdfast Bowling Club. Ideal location to stay , for major football or cricket matches, just catch the tram into the City, embark at the Railway Station, walk across the bridge, and you will find yourself at the Adelaide Oval.
