*PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT WITH ONLY STAIR ACCESS* Located opposite Lake Mulwala, fully self contained 2 bedroom unit. 2 queen size beds with one bathroom. Views of reserve and golf course from balcony at rear, views of Lake Mulwala and golf course from rooftop entertaining area. Less than 400 metres to Club Mulwala, Ski Club and Golf Club. 2 adult and 2 kids bikes with helmets and kayak with one lifejacket in garage to entertain kids. Bus stop directly out front.
