Large 4 bedroom entertainers delight nestled in between the lake and the beach. Open plan living with outdoor entertaining overlooking picturesque pool and backyard. Equipped with trampoline, cubby house and swing to entertain all the children. Within walking distance to Tuggerah Lakes Cycleway, beaches (1.1km to North Shelly Beach), local cafes and boutique shops.
