The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded (this does not include the 1.5% surcharge fee)

Ducted air-con permanently set to 23 degrees with blankets and fans available in the room. Including a flatscreen T.V. - Paramount. If its just a quick 1-night stay, we can do that during the week or 2-night stay during the weekend! Four nights minimum over Christmas and Easter. “Hamptons House Resort” styling at its very finest. Absolutely magnificent! It is located up a grand staircase overlooking the water. There is a shared kitchen downstairs with plenty of room plus an additional bathroom downstairs. In your private suite there is a large walk-in robe with your own fridge, kettle, toaster, and coffee all available right there – no need to go downstairs. If you’re looking for the romantic getaway there is no need to leave the room! All linen is provided with 1 towel per person, water, coffee, tea, milk and a complimentary wine ready to go.
