Located in East Ballina, 656 feet from surf beaches and cafes, our Ocean View, Ocean View Premium, River View and River View Premium apartments, and of course both penthouses, have spectacular views of Shelly Beach and/or the Richmond River. The property offers guests the choice between 1, 2 or 3-bedroom self-catering apartments with a private courtyard or balcony. Our 3 bedroom penthouses feature open plan layouts, lounge and dining areas leading onto large terraces. They each have three bedrooms, two bathrooms with spa bath, full kitchens with separate dining areas and full laundry with washer and dryer. We have a River View and an Ocean View Penthouse. At Grandview Apartments you have access to a large swimming pool, a spa and a fitness center. Secure covered parking, elevators, air-conditioning and free WiFi are also provided. Grandview Apartments is 3 minutes' drive from Ballina Golf Course. Ballina Byron Airport is a 10-minute drive and Byron Bay is 25 minutes’ drive away.

With expansive views of the Pacific Ocean on one side, and sweeping Richmond River and coastal views on the other, Grandview Apartments offer spacious, self-catered accommodation in a resort-style setting. Within easy reach of Ballina’s lifestyle amenities, shops and leisure activities, a short walk will take you to the beach, quaint seaside cafés, Ballina Surf Club and picturesque beachside boardwalks.

Ballina is situated on the Far North Coast of New South Wales and enjoys a sub tropical climate all year round. Centred on an island at the mouth of the Richmond River, Ballina is surrounded by 32kms of white sandy beaches and crystal clear waterways. Grandview Apartments Ballina are ideally located to take advantage of Ballina’s many leisure activities; from shopping and dining at local cafes, sporting pursuits such as fishing, bowls, golf and surfing, or you can simply relax on the beach or take a scenic meander on one of the coastal walkways. The surrounding hinterland has several National Parks and there is plenty to see and do in this vibrant area with a huge array of attractions and activities in Ballina and the surrounding towns of Lennox Head, Byron Bay and the many quaint hinterland villages. There is ALWAYS a local market to experience! Grandview Apartments are a short stroll to beautiful Shelly Beach with a charming café, shaded picnic areas, boardwalks and cycle ways. There are plenty of day trips and things to see and do and you can just relax by our pool or at the beach.
