Grants - luxury 9-bedroom bush retreat on 50 acres with river access, private boat ramp and jetty, pool, spa, gym, tennis court, BBQ areas, chef’s kitchen, media room, recreation room with pool table and bar, multiroom audio system, smart TVs, WiFi, undercover entertainment area, outdoor dining, outdoor fireplace—ideal for families and groups seeking a relaxing getaway in the Shoalhaven. The combustion fireplaces are not to be used outside of 1 April to 1 October – firewood will be supplied during these months only. Please note that a AUD 5,000 refundable security bond is required to secure bookings at this property. The bond will be held for the duration of your stay and refunded following departure, subject to the property being left in accordance with the booking terms and conditions.
