Halcyon Days (Glory days) brings you the perfect getaway on the doorstep of the Hunter Valley. The cottage is perfect for families, groups of friends and is animal friendly Enjoy an afternoon drink on the large undercover deck. Pick your own oranges and mandarins from the fruit trees. Play a game of cricket on the lawn while the BBQ is cooking. It doesn't get any better than this. Enjoy a lazy morning for those with a Sunday check out, you can stay at the house until 2pm. Pack your bags and move in for a few "Halcyon Days"
Hi, a quick introduction to the Halcyon Days family. We've always dreamt of running a small airbnb and found the perfect cottage in the Hunter Valley. We are so happy to share our home with you. The house is curated just the way we would like to holiday, comfortable and eclectic. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive confirmation via email with further instructions about your stay
Cessnock is a quiet little country town just outside the Hunter Valley vineyards. There are plenty of shops in town just 2 minutes up the road and great cafes for your morning coffee run. The street is quiet with very little traffic. We recommend you have a car to drive around the area however there is a bus that runs on the main street 100 meters from the cottage and there are plenty of pick up services available to shuttle to and from the Hunter Valley and restaurants.
