This beachside townhouse unfolds across multiple levels, offering a calm and spacious stay just a short stroll from the shoreline. Upstairs, the main living area invites you to unwind after a day by the water, with a three-seater sofa, armchair, ottoman, smart TV, and DVD player creating a comfortable space to relax. The adjoining dining area brings everyone together for shared meals, while the well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample bench space for easy holiday cooking. Reverse-cycle air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round. Outdoor living is a highlight, with multiple spaces to suit every moment. The front balcony offers an eight-seat dining setting, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. At the rear, the second balcony features a BBQ, a ten-seat dining table, and additional lounge seating for relaxed gatherings. Above it all, the private rooftop terrace offers sweeping sea views, with bar-style seating, including stools and keg tables, creating an elevated setting for sunset drinks and long, open-air evenings. The bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across levels for added privacy. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite, creating a quiet retreat. Downstairs, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with a bunk (single over double) provide flexible options for families or groups. A family bathroom with a shower over a bath, along with a full laundry, adds everyday convenience. A remote-access lock-up garage provides secure parking for one vehicle, offering added convenience. Please note that the owners live on-site, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise and respect the peaceful surroundings during their stay.
