2 levels 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home on canal with magnificent water views. Fantastic living spaces inside and out, with a pool and a pontoon! The home is conveniently located within walking distance to Mooloolaba Beach, shops and restaurants, close to Parklands and the Bowls Club as well as convenience stores! Multiple living areas with a separate lounge that features a pool table and bar, Wifi, Air conditioning in the upstairs hallway and games room, and ceiling fans. The canal front is fully fenced for children's safety. A King Bed, a Queen Bed, a Double/Single Bunk (double on bottom and single on top) and 2 Single Beds to accommodate up to 9 guests. Outdoors, there is a pool, BBQ, and exclusive 6-metre pontoon for guests to keep a boat or skis for fun in the sun. Please notify us if you are bringing a boat. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Please note there is no access to the garage You may also hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays. Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.
