This comfortable, 3 bedroom, original cottage is suitable for a family or two couples with plenty of space to park your car and boat. Take a short stroll down to the lakefront at the end of the road to swim, boat, kayak, or fish, or take the ferry to Raymond Island and enjoy the Koala Walk. Enjoy this ideal location with only a 300 m walk to the town center of Paynesville and its restaurants, bars, and cafes.
