The Villa has all the luxuries and amenities to make your stay an enjoyable one. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning and overhead ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area. The living area has a Smart TV with streaming Netflix for guest and other Apps, a Stereo music system and a comfortable Sofa that easily converts to a Sofa Bed. Remote controlled block out roller blinds control the amount of daylight you prefer from the highlight windows together with venetian blinds on all lower windows. The bathroom is fully equipped with luxury Bidet, spacious shower, night lights, Solar Heater, hair dryer, towels and personal care products. A fully equipped kitchen is available if you wish to cook. The kitchen included a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, extractor fan, fridge/freeze, coffee pod machine, coffee/tea facilities and a variety of kitchen glassware, pots and utensils. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There are two drying racks as well as an outdoor rack in the courtyard. The courtyard has an outdoor table and chairs. The Villa has been designed to be roomy and comfortable for all guests. We live onsite and are always available to help out with any queries, issues or directions. Pauline and I are retired but still like to keep busy. I have been a Landlord for many years and understand that every tenant is valued. Mosman Park is a leafy suburb located between the Indian Ocean and the Swan River. From our Villa, you are within 25 minutes walk of three beautiful beaches (Mosman, Cottesloe and Leighton), Mosman Bay on the Swan River, Victoria Train Station to Fremantle , Perth and the Airport, Mosman Park Shopping Center, buses, cafes, restaurants, The Guns Lookout, coastal cycle way, various parks, schools, petrol station and bush walks to mention a few. A two minute walk gets you to Victoria street. This street crosses Mosman Park west to east providing access to the Victoria Street train station, Mosman Beach, cycleway and buses to the West. You can easily walk, cycle, catch the train or drive to the famous Cottesloe Beach or Leighton Beach whilst enjoying the great ocean vistas. Turning East gives you access to the local shopping center and the beautiful lookout of the Swan River from Bay View Park. Direct river access is a short walk further on. Heading south from the Villa is the War Tunnels museum and lookout. You can bushwalk in Monument Hill Park and down along the river. Heading north take you to Glyde Street where you will find cafes and restaurants. You can continue to walk to Cottesloe of catch the train for a short two stop journey. The Cottesloe shopping precinct has a wide variety of shops to browse through as well as cafes and restaurants. From the Victoria Street train station, you have access to the whole of Perth train system. Fremantle is only two stops south or you can head to Perth, the airport and all stops in between. There is no shortage of places to visit if on foot or bike. There are tourist maps in the Villa for your use, and we are available to help out when needed.
