Kids will love playing on the grassy lawn and making a splash in the stunning wet-edge swimming pool. Enjoy water edge access and take out the 4 kayaks (2 for adults and 2 for children) for an adventure on the marina. Inside, the gourmet kitchen centres around a sleek island bench and comes fully equipped with high-end appliances, a butler’s pantry, a wash-up area, and a dual-zone bar fridge. Enjoy meals around the eight-person dining table before relaxing on the oversized leather sofa or settling into the separate media room, both with Samsung 65-inch UHD Smart TVs. A study nook and free Wi-Fi cater to working holidays. All five bedrooms are styled with hotel-quality linen, blackout curtains, Smart TVs, and privacy locks for a restful stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a dresser, and a modern ensuite. Two bedrooms offer queen beds, while the remaining two each include two king singles, with one room able to convert to a king bed on request. The contemporary main bathroom includes a bathtub, rain shower, double vanity, and complimentary toiletries. An internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board adds convenience. Undercover garage, driveway, and street parking are available. Families travelling with children can also request a baby cot, high chair, or an extra bed for an additional fee.

It boasts a stunning Marina, excellent walking trails around the waterfront and mountain biking on the Charles Darwin tracks. Explore the historic sites of the national park and take in sweeping views across the Darwin skyline from the lookout platform. Don’t miss sampling the region’s local tropical fruits, fresh roasted coffee and exotic flavours at the nearby Parap Village Markets, held each Saturday. In the city centre you can discover Darwin’s notable attractions such as the Darwin Botanic Gardens, Mindil Beach Sunset Markets, Lagoon and Crocosaurus Cove all within easy reach.
