I love old houses and enjoy restoring them to their form glory. I have a large collection of furniture and have shared the pieces in the 4 properties that I have to rent.

Property info

"Ithaca" is a beautiful restored weatherboard home in the heritage precinct of Grafton. The address is convenient to the base hospital, the racecourse and and a few blocks to the main street. The home is furnished with some superb antique furniture and handmade middle eastern rugs. The living room has a reverse cycle air conditioner and a 50 inch smart TV. There is free high speed wifi available throughout the house. There has been a new kitchen installed with upgraded appliances including a double oven and dishwasher.

Neighborhood info

Grafton have some beautiful streets that feature a number of fine heritage homes. There is a historic walk that takes in the best of them. It is a safe area with a few restaurants located close by. We are walking distance to the race course, 3 blocks to the hospital and 3 minutes into the main shopping area.
