Ivy House Dorrigo is positioned high on the street keeping it exceptionally private and quiet. The gardens are beautifully established with ample lawn to lay on in the sun and have a picnic. The local swimming pool backs on the Plateau Heritage Gardens or you can walk into town to find local cafes, antique stores, deli's and bakeries all within reach of Ivy House. Come home, pour a glass of wine, relax in the bath and enjoy this beautiful space.

Ivy House is a property close to my heart, when I lived there many hours were spent tending the garden and working as a beauty therapist in the studio. So close to the swimming pool, tennis courts, recreational centre and coffee, all within walking distance. Dorrigo is a quiet country town surrounded by natural beauty such as the National Rainforest where you can experience the Sky Walk, or choose a longer walk in the rainforest. When first moved to Dorrigo from London I was amazed by the wide open sky, and the incredible friendliness of the locals. I threw myself into the community by volunteering at the Bluegrass Festival, the agricultural show, and the local theatre. I become attached to Nina, a beautiful horse I use to ride through Heritage Park, which is literally down the road. Ivy House is a beautiful experience for those who like the outdoors or simply sinking into the massive couch by the wood fire. I love hosting my own property as it features many pieces collected throughout my time travelling and the artwork is simply devine. Enjoy.

Guests love the close proximity to town where you can laze in the sun enjoying a coffee from locally owned cafes, patisserie, bakery, deli, supermarket/s, homewares, the RSL and the local pub. It even has a small hospital.
