THINGS TO KNOW * Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
 * We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. *If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of 20 AUD per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay! HOUSE RULES * Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first. * No smoking allowed * Strictly No parties or events allowed. * No Pets allowed. *To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21-year-old groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties /events of any sort.   * Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation. * All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security. * Max 15 overnight guests, 7 day visitors, 22 people total at any time. * Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required). * Strict no-smoking policy; 500 AUD fine may apply. * Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm. * Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply). * Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
