Outstanding ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with quality inclusions. Air conditioning, dishwasher, ensuite & walk-in robe to main bedroom, laundry with washer & dryer, private balcony, outdoor setting & BBQ, lockup garage. Pool in complex and only 150m to Horseshoe Bay. Park your car under the building and walk to everything - beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, local pub and Country Club. Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
