Modern 4-Bedroom Waterfront Duplex House with Direct Lake Access - Stunning Views Ideal for families or groups, with accommodation for up to 13 people, maximum of 10 adults. Property features include an outdoor deck for al fresco dining, gas BBQ, waterfront firepit, indoor electric fireplace, air-conditioning, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen fully equipped for gourmet cooking. Main bedroom with picturesque views and ensuite. Two lounge rooms with flat screen TV's to keep everyone happy, and Disney Plus streaming service.

We are located in northern region of the NSW Central Coast, 8km drive from patrolled beaches, and 1 min drive of the Lake Haven shopping centre, and 10km from The Entrance. Local attritions include the Munmorah State Conservation Area and the Norah Head lookout and walking tracks. There are also many bicycle tracks around the lake. The home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
