At its centre, a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen space is designed for comfort and connection. Plush seating surrounds a large TV, creating an inviting place to unwind, while direct access to the balcony allows fresh air and natural light to flow through. Tucked to the side, the second lounge offers a quieter retreat with additional seating and a dedicated workspace, adding flexibility for both work and downtime. The kitchen is refined and functional, centred around a large island bench and equipped with modern appliances including a gas cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Gather around the eight-seater dining table for shared meals indoors, or step out onto the balcony where an alfresco setting pairs with elevated views—perfect for slow mornings with coffee or easy dinners in the open air. The bedrooms are positioned for privacy and styled in calming coastal tones. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite, while the second includes a queen and single bed, and the third offers a queen—providing flexible arrangements for different groups. The main bathroom includes both a bathtub and a separate shower, ideal for a slow soak or a refreshing start to the day. A full laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds everyday convenience for longer stays. Additional features include lift access for ease of arrival, central air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, and two allocated carport spaces ideal for small to medium vehicles, with street parking available nearby for larger cars.
