Enjoy your morning coffee as our friendly magpies’ pop by for a chat (or a beady-eyed stare at your toast – they’re polite, we promise). Inside, you’ll find: A fully equipped kitchen that’s beautifully seasoned by the 70s – a little retro (otherwise known as outdated) however a lot functional. A sparkling new bathroom that’s all modern comfort. Workstation with monitor A fully equipped laundry with washing machine, Dryer, washings tabs & softener A cosy living space that invites you to put your feet up and forget what day it is. Step outside and…Stroll across the road to the lake or a little further to the beach for sunset magic, wander up the street to grab your morning latte or evening pub meal. Full access to the property (apart from the garage used for storage) parking is conveniently located within the visitor's carpark directly at the front. Quiet, quirky, and wonderfully convenient – this is your perfect base to unwind, explore, and maybe even work on that golf swing (we can’t guarantee results). The unit is located within a small, quite cul-de-sac, listen to the birds chirping away in the garden facing the Golf Course. The area boasts many walking paths around the lake or venture a little further to the Beach.
