The house features multiple living areas and a great outdoor area that can be used in all weather! Maple Rose is a homely property which is immaculately presented, and located in a convenient area in Bowral for guests to explore the Southern Highlands area. Where will I be? Maple Rose is located in East Bowral, only 4kms from Bowral town centre. It is in an attractive residential area and is an easy drive to the Scottish Arms Hotel, which has good pub meals and atmosphere. Indicative distances are: 4 km to Bowral, 8km to Centennial Vineyards, 12km to Bendooley Estate, 8 km to Mittagong, and 13 km to Berrima. How is the property laid out? Maple Rose is a large single storey home.The lounge room is located at the front of the house. The master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite is also located at the front of the house. There is also an additional sitting area located between the lounge room and the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is a full kitchen with gas stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge. There is a beautiful, long dining table where guests can enjoy a meal together. The outdoor area, accessed through the dining room, is a large covered area with outdoor lounge, dining table and large gas BBQ. Towards the back of the house is 3 more bedrooms, a shared bathroom and laundry.

The Southern Highlands is a beautiful rural area, located only 2 hours from Sydney. It has pretty countryside, beautiful homes, working dairy farms, vineyards, great golf courses and spectacular national parks. The area caters for all interests as you can explore cafes, restaurants, historical pubs and numerous towns and villages. Or if you are more adventurous, take a beautiful country drive through the rolling hills of the area, explore a waterfall, or do a bushwalk in one of the nearby national parks!
