Marina Views is a spacious two level secure townhouse located in a private complex of two. This townhouse can comfortably accommodate 7 adults with generously sized bedrooms, living, dining and entertainment areas. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all of your dining and entertainment needs. Upstairs living area includes two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate w/c, spacious living space with water views, outdoor balcony with a bbq ready to use. Large master bedroom with en-suite, walk-in robe and kitchenette are located on the ground floor . Master bedroom opens out to private veranda and plunge pool. A smaller room is also located on the ground level. All rooms and living spaces are fully air-conditioned. Upstairs bedrooms include built-in robes and rear balcony access. One upstairs bedroom includes a queen size bed while the other contains two king-single beds to accommodate for couples and singles. Upstairs bathroom(no toilet in bathroom) with separate toilet. The study has been converted into the 4th bedroom (smallest room) to accommodate a single bed. Double garage, fully air-conditioned and security access.

Central location for staying within Darwin or for exploring the Top Ends National Parks and other tourist attractions. Our standard check in time is 2.00 pm and standard check out time is 10.00 am. Late check out or early check in is available only if it doesn't clash with other bookings. Please Note we provide you with unlimited WiFi for your use. This house is in a residential area in a quiet neighborhood. This is not a serviced home however house cleaning can be arranged for long stays. Please note our property is pet friendly however prior approval is required as our house may not be suitable to all types of pets.
