When paying in advance, the credit card used for payment must be presented upon arrival and must match photo identification.

A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This may be collected by credit card as a pre-authorization in advance of your arrival and you will be asked to produce the card your booking was made with for verification. This is a temporary hold of funds and subject to an inspection of the property and no recourse is required for damages, should be released within 14 days of check-out, depending on your financial institution.
