Really nice large house 100m from the best beach in Adelaide. This is a quite suburb to relax and enjoy a tranquil relaxing time.
Colin from NZ and Siti from Malaysia we have lived in Australia many years while working in Hospitality. We enjoy the sun and sea, sailing often and walking in the open places that abound.
Maslin beach is a a small suburb surrounded by natural and farm land with many places to wander and explore. The beach is 1.5km long with great sand very clear and clean water. There are no vehicles allowed on the beach. It is rubbish free. Maslin Beach is populated by families and retired people. Many walk their dogs on the northen end of the beach and children play in the streets and playgrounds close to the beach. There is no shops here but there are plenty at Seaford 2km away. There is public transport. Plenty of McLaren Vale wineries are a short drive or bike ride away.
