The light and breezy property features high ceilings, plenty of natural light and stylish interiors. Upstairs you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, an open plan living and dining space, bathroom with free standing bathtub and a modern kitchen with a touch of luxury. Open up the glass doors and enjoy the gorgeous sun drenched balcony with alfresco dining. You get the best of both worlds with glimpses of the ocean and the lush Hinterland. Make the most of those sunny days with a lush green lawn and outdoor courtyard which is fully fenced. Downstairs is a self-contained studio space, complete with ensuite, kitchenette and it’s own private outdoor space. Please note there is separate access to top and bottom level downstairs.
