Quiet rural area just minutes from Nambour with local shopping inc. Big W, Woolworths, Coles. Drs, Hospital and all medical in Nambour area 15 minutes away from Maroochydore for Sunshine Plaza etc and beaches, restaurants etc about the same distance up to the hinterland with stunning views, shopping and restaurants
