This beautifully decorated, light-filled cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and multiple living areas - perfect for groups of up to 8 people! Thoughtfully renovated and a mix of Hamptons and mid-century styles, this beautiful cottage blends country charm with modern amenities. Where will I be? Merrigang Cottage is a located just outside the centre of Bowral. Bradman Oval, Museum and the International Cricket Hall of Fame are within walking distance, or a short drive away, as are Corbett Gardens, shops, cafes and restaurants are also close by. How is the property laid out? Merrigang Cottage is a 2 story home. On the ground floor you have the lounge, with its beautiful fireplace, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher and gas cooktop. A queen bedroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, and two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The main bathroom has a free standing bath, shower and toilet. There is an additional powder room downstairs.

The Southern Highlands is a beautiful rural area, located only 2 hours from Sydney. It has pretty countryside, beautiful homes, working dairy farms, vineyards, great golf courses and spectacular national parks. The area caters for all interests as you can explore cafes, restaurants, historical pubs and numerous towns and villages. Or if you are more adventurous, take a beautiful country drive through the rolling hills of the area, explore a waterfall, or do a bushwalk in one of the nearby national parks!
