The fine print
Please note, at check-in we will also require a security deposit of $150 AUD in the form of a credit or debit card pre-authorisation or $250 bond in the case of guests choosing to use cash or EFTPOS cards.
At check-out, if no charges are outstanding, the credit/debit pre-authorisation or EFTPOS transaction will be reversed. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank to process the release of funds. Cash bonds will be refunded in full at check-out.
Valid photo identification (in the same name as the payment card used for booking) must also be presented at check-in, of which a copy will be retained.
Please note there is a 3% surcharge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card, and a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
For guests using the hotel car park - vehicle license plate numbers must be registered at check in to receive a parking permit. Cars not displaying a valid permit may be towed. Please note that car parking is limited and subject to availability.
