Our villa has three bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests. We aim to cater for the whole family, including children & the elderly. Little extra touches to make this a holiday for everyone in the family include walk-in shower with grab rails & detachable shower head with the option of a shower chair if required which we supply. The children have there own table & chairs to use for eating or play along with high chair, portable cot and Foxtel for kids. The courtyard is fully enclosed. You will have access to unlimited internet, Foxtel sport & movies. The villa has fully ducted heating & cooling for year round comfort. We are fully self contained with a full kitchen including dishwasher and full laundry including washing machine & drier. Our location next to the Albany Golf Course is perfect for those who love a hit of golf or just want to use the driving range. The beach is just over the sand dunes and a fantastic cycle/walking track links us to both Middleton Beach and Emu Point. I am a the proud mother of three sons and love travelling to places around the world that are a little off the beaten track. My other big passions in life are gardening & hiking. I love the motto ‘Pick a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life’ hence I love hosting our villa & working part-time as a gardener.

Quite coastal area with the beach just over sand dunes and the icon Albany Golf Course right next door. There is a bike track to access Emu Point and Middleton Beach so bring the bikes if you can. A car is necessary for dining out but Albany also has a good taxi service if you want to enjoy a drop of local wine. We are only a short drive to the many restaurants & hotels that Albany has on offer.
