BRIEF PERSONAL HISTORY: We’re married for 30 years and live in the Hunter Valley, NSW. Hilary is from South Africa. She emigrated with her family to Australia when she was 10 years old. We’ve both worked in aged care and disability services. In 2014, I focused on the business of short stay holiday rentals. I love wearing Hawaiian Shirts. I dream of travelling and working at the same time. For me it’s going to be a Working Holiday! TRAVEL HISTORY: We love traveling. We’ve been to: • Vanuatu • New Caledonia • Fiji • New Zealand • Papua New Guinea • UAE • Singapore • Taiwan • South Africa We’re looking forward to a trip to Canada in September 2018. Travelling can be stressful. We know the needs of guests who travel. HOLIDAY RENTAL HISTORY: We started with one holiday rental in 2004. By 2014 we had 7 holiday rentals. We have been using online booking channels for the last 14 years. We want to take it to the next level. Now we’re registered as Aussie Chillout Pty Ltd.

FEATURES OF THE PROPERTY INCLUDE: ► We supply all linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels, hand towels, tea towels and bath mats ► Internet - WiFi - Netflix - Stan and Apple TV ► Air-conditioned for heating and cooling in Living Area ► Kitchen and dining area fully equipped with dining table and seating for six (6) ► Bathroom with large shower and vanity and mirror ► 55 inch Smart TV ► Main bedroom with 1 Queen Bed ► Second bedroom with two holiday bunks two single beds up top and one single bed / one double bed below. Two single foam mattresses under the bunk beds to move to living area for more options ► Living area contains a double 2.5 seater sofa lounge and another 3 seater lounge (black leatherette) ► Front Courtyard with wicker lounge and coffee table ► BBQ and outdoor entertaining area in Back Courtyard with wicker lounge and two pool chairs
