The property is set within the Minyip Caravan Park and comprises 2 off 2-bedroom Cabins. 1 cabin is fully accessible. Cabin 1 sleeps 6 and cabin 2 sleeps 4. Both cabins are fully furnished and equipped. BBQ area, fire pit, playground and wetlands walking/exercise track are available for use.
The progress association undertakes projects and events for the betterment of the Minyip community. These include the fuel site, tourist rest areas in Smith Park. Saddlers second hand shop.
The park sits on the edge of the Minyip township, within the Minyip Wetlands area . The cabins sit within a treed area with outlooks to the wetlands. The town is based upon an agricultural background with many historic links.
