Fantastic self-contained New York Style single level unit/apartment conveniently located only 10 minutes drive from the city in the wonderful leafy eastern suburb of Hazelwood Park. Less than a 5 minute walk to great cafes and local hotel. Within minutes of popular Waterfall Gully. 5 minute walk to a Public Swimming Pool and 6 Minute drive to 2 major shopping centres. Under cover secure parking and located on a public bus route. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
Access is via keys in a coded lock box so unless you require assistance we will not interfere on your stay. We only live only 5 minutes away if you need anything but you have the whole place to yourself once you are here. We have lived in the area for many years and have great local knowledge to help you fully enjoy your stay.
Perfectly located to enjoy the Adelaide Hills. Great walking tracks just minutes away. So close to nature but only a short distance to the city centre.
Waterfall Gully is only minutes away by car or can be accessed by beautiful walking trails. Walk from Waterfall Gully to Mt Lofty Summit and enjoy the spectacular views over Adelaide. See Koalas, Kookaburras and other fauna and flora.
Hazelwood Park itself with its magnificent public swimming Centre is just a few blocks away.
Burnside Village Shopping Centre is a 5 minute drive. Norwood Parade with its abundance of trendy eateries and cinemas is a 7 minute drive. Access to the freeway and to the Adelaide Hills with world class wineries is 12 minutes away.
Public bus which will take you into the city is just 50 meters away.
