Perth Short Stays are a small family owned business and take great pride in providing you with high quality and spotlessly clean accommodation to make your trip to Perth as memorable as possible. We provide small personal touches that you won't get from a hotel. We are sure you will have a great stay and we look forward to hosting your visit to Perth.

Neighborhood info

Our apartments are perfectly located between the Swan River, King's Park and the CBD. Perth's famous Swan River Foreshore is across the road. Barrack St jetty is a short walk away. From here you can visit the Bell Tower or catch a boat. It's just a short ferry ride across to South Perth to visit the Zoo. Alternatively you can take a scenic river cruise to Fremantle or the ferry to Rottnest Island. Jacob's Ladder is only 100 m away and will take you up to Kings Park & Botanic Garden. Kings Park offers breathtaking views of the river and city as well as a raft of things to do and see. There are great parks for the kids and a tree-top walk for more great city views, just to name a few. John Oldham park is across the street, a great park with amazing kids playground. Check out the photos! The apartment is only a short walk to the city centre for great shopping and dining, or you can take the free bus which stops at the front door of the apartment (all buses within the city are free). If you're in Perth for business, the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre is just a short walk away.
