Two upstairs bedrooms also have King beds that can be split into singles (request at booking). The lounge includes an open fireplace, with underfloor heating and reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. Mulgrave Cottage sits privately within its own orchard garden, ideal for extended family or friends. It features three bedrooms (King, Queen, and Double), with the King bed also splittable on request. The cottage includes a kitchenette (cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine), an open-plan living/dining area with slow combustion fire, air conditioning, and smart TV, plus its own deck and BBQ. Outdoors, enjoy expansive lawns, a 100m driving range (BYO equipment), two entertaining decks, BBQ, fire pit, and table tennis in the garage. A fast EV charger (Type 2) is available. Please note the unfenced pond and garage area require child supervision. Up to two dogs are permitted but not upstairs or on furniture. Events and parties are not allowed, guest limits apply, and external cameras monitor the front gates.
