The property does also have an unfenced pond so children must be supervised at all times. There are two decks for outdoor entertaining, a BBQ and a fire pit where you can take in sunset views or gaze at the stars. You can also challenge your friends to a game on the table tennis table in the garage. Once again please ensure that children are supervised at all times in this area. The property also features a fast EV charger (Type 2 connector). Mulgrave House does allow pets (up to 2 dogs) but we please ask that they are not allowed upstairs or on furniture. Events and parties are not allowed and maximum guests must be strictly adhered to. External security cameras do monitor the front gates and lower paddock.
