She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care. • Gaye – Residential Property Manager Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 300AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded (this does not include the 1.5% surcharge fee)

Relax in the separate lounge which is beautifully furnished, including a flat-screen TV - Paramount Plus. Ducted air-con permanently set to 23 degrees with blankets and fans available in the room. If its just a quick 1-night stay, we can do that during the week or 2-night stay during the weekend! 4 nights minimum over Easter and Christmas. “Hamptons House Resort” styling at its very finest. It is located up a grand staircase overlooking the garden. There is a shared kitchen downstairs with plenty of room plus an additional bathroom downstairs. Owner lives in own private area, does not interact with guests. In your private suite there is a walk-in robe with your own fridge where on arrival you will find water, milk, and wine ready to go. If you’re looking for the romantic getaway there is no need to leave the room! King sized bed - All linen is provided with 1 towel per person, water, coffee, tea, milk and a complimentary wine ready to go. NO guests allowed or children.
