Charming and Private, this charming Beach House is nestled into your own private bush setting, yet is immediately accessible off the Oyster Walk Trail and waterfront. Expansive windows and sliding doors lead onto a spacious deck, offering the best of indoor/outdoor living, with lovely views across the bay. There is also a beautiful second open outdoor deck where you can sit back and relax on generous outdoor lounges. The house has been tastefully renovated and extended, and now offers a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is plenty of off-street parking for your vehicles and boat, an outdoor fish-cleaning area and outdoor shower, so you will be able to make the most of all Coffin Bay has to offer. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Double Bed and Single Bed Bedroom 3: Single Bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed (accessed via the covered verandah) Please note: Sheets pillowcases and towels are not included in this property. (Quilts and Pillows are provided). Guests can either bring their own linen, or arrange hire directly with the Coffin Bay Linen Hire (additional charge).
