Fully equipped with spacious living, kitchen, large balcony, bedroom with and queen size bed. Trimmed with the highest quality fittings and furnished with the utmost tasteful and quality furnishings, to make your stay the most comfortable one. So what is more exciting is there is so much to do right at the Building complex, 3 BBQ areas, tennis, mini-golf, tennis table, the game of snooker, chill out at one of the reading retreats, or simply take a swim in the large pool. All at your doorstep on the podium. Book the conference room if required and utilize the gym if into keeping fit. There is also a large Barramundi pond and aviary for you to get in touch with our local fish and native birds. So much is happening at this amazing building so don't delay and book your stay today. I am born and bred in the Territory,have lived here all my life with my children and grandchildren. My family migrated here 60 years ago from Greece and established them self's and 8 children . Years down the track we are all still here and love the simplicity of the Darwin life stlye. Darwin is Australias smallest capital city, where the living couldn’t be bigger. Once you have lived here there is no where you want to be but Darwin. We enjoy travelling love my parents home town ,the Greek Ilands are beautiful but Darwin is our home.

Our apartment is located walking distance to the Parap markets , mindle beach markets,The ski club,the museum a Casino and the Botanical gardens.The vibrant city of Darwin is on a peninsula that reaches into Darwin Bay. It’s bordered by sea on three sides, which means that getting around town comes with frequent glimpses of the harbour between the colonial buildings and parks. Smith Street Mall is at the very centre and is surrounded by hotels, government offices, Parliament and the court buildings. Most tourist venues will be located around the waterfront, on Stokes Hill Wharf Precinct and along The Esplanade. Running parallel to The Esplanade, you’ll find Mitchell Street, Darwin’s nightlife strip. Three kilometres from the CBD on Fannie Bay is Mindil beach, most famous for its cosmopolitan sunset markets held from the last Thursday in April until the last Thursday in October. Food stalls are set up behind the beach. Wander the arts and craft stalls, taste foods from all over the world before settling on the sandy beach as you take in a famous Top End sunset.
