Three double bedrooms, spacious indoor & outdoor living areas, bright kitchen with modcons, double sleeper sofa and separate bathroom & toilet. Your perfect spot for fun with family & friends, or a romantic getaway - and you can make a little noise. Outdoor BBQ & gas heater. Boho 70s decor - the era of macrame, indoor pot plants, vaulted wooden ceiling and gaudy florals. The property is fully fenced and pets are welcome but please discuss number and size of your pets in advance. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an airfryer, rice cooker and slow cooker. Spices, oils etc are provided for your convenience, as is a pod coffee machine and milk frother, as well as milk and sugar. The living space, with a macrame swing chair and chill sofa, provides a romantic space perfect for enjoying time together. The large outdoor area with BBQ and gas heater invites parties and fun family times. Some noise is allowed. Bathroom has a bath and shower & there is a separate toilet. Laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. Off street parking for 7 cars. By prior arrangement, a caravan can be parked with access to power and water.

Bunbury s a coastal city known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant wildlife and rich marine life. Visitors can enjoy attractions such as the iconic Bunbury Dolphin Discovery Centre where they can interact with wild dolphins, as well as the stunning beaches with its crystal clear waters for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking and surfing. The city also boasts a vibrant arts and culture scene, with galleries, museums, and theaters showcasing the talent of local and visiting artists and performers. There are viewpoints and lovely walkways and bike rides. The house is situated close to any shops you might need. The house is 2 km by car to the beach and 6 km to Bunbury town centre. It's a block from Maiden's Park with its child-friendly facilities, spectacular views and dune walks to the beach.
