Oceana is a spacious, double-storey beachfront apartment crafted for effortless coastal living. Set along the highly sought-after Ocean Road, this light-filled retreat places you just a few steps from the shore, with uninterrupted views stretching across the Southern Ocean. Upstairs, the home opens into an expansive, open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that flood the interiors with natural light, drawing your eye to the horizon. The main lounge offers a warm, inviting space to unwind, while a second dining nook and a second TV room create relaxed zones to gather, share meals, or simply enjoy a quiet read. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for holiday cooking, from generous prep space to quality appliances and essentials. Whether you’re whipping up breakfast or preparing a feast, it’s designed for ease. Step outside to the shared balcony, where a BBQ and fresh sea air invite memorable alfresco dinners. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower also services this floor for added convenience. Downstairs, you'll find two queen bedrooms and two with twin beds, making Oceana ideal for groups or families travelling together. The primary queen bedroom features its own private ensuite with a walk-in wardrobe, while an additional bathroom is shared by the remaining rooms—ensuring space and privacy for all. A washing machine is provided for longer stays. Please note: the front and rear balconies, as well as the driveway, are shared with the adjoining apartment and may also be used by other guests. Parking is available for two vehicles in the shared rear driveway. Garages are not included in your stay.
