Luxury townhouse situated in the Palm Beach area of Rockingham 300 metres to the beach & a 5 min walk to Rockinghams beautiful waterfront cafes, restaurants & shops. The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 3 toilet townhouse is fully self contained.

Fremantle is a 40min car journey & Perth about 50mins or take the train.
