The Pandanus Studio is quietly located in the residential area of Lennox Head. A ground-floor self-contained air-conditioned 1-bedroom studio with a bathroom and kitchenette (suitable for preparing light food only). The studio has a separate entrance and free car parking. All linen, bath and beach towels are provided, as well as tea & coffee pod machine. Bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave. There are no cooking facilities available. Basic toiletries. Free and safe roadside parking. Only 3 mins drive or 15 mins (1.2km) moderate walk to the village with restaurants, cafes, shops and the beaches. An easy, even ground 10-minute walk (700m) to Woolworths, BWS & Surfit Gym. 20-minutes from the town of Byron Bay and within 1 hr of the Hinterlands. Things to Know The studio is located underneath the family home, and as with any multi-level home, light noise will be heard from time to time. The property also has a septic system and pump that can periodically be heard for approx. 10 sec during-after showering.
