A newly built 7 Star rated home located in the first estate of Venus Bay. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas Alfresco area complete with BBQ, which leads down to a quiet area complete with Firepit Master Bedroom , King bed, with walk in wardrobe and ensuite which has a Designer double wall hung Vanity, complete with walk in shower Kids Bedroom , 2 x bunk beds Bedroom 3, Queen bed with ceiling hung reading lights All Bedrooms have ceiling fans A beautiful open space home, presented with a gourmet kitchen, large open internal spaces, huge Alfresco to entertain the family, A separate living area to relax, or for the children to entertain themselves with a 1980s video arcade game and TV Large Laundry, complete with Front loader washer Guests to supply their own Linen for bedding and Towels
The shops are a 5 min leisurely walk and the beach another quick 5 mins Opposite the house is a lovely park for the young children, while the basketball court are located just before the shops or the skate park based at the community centre a short stroll away if you like to fish, you are spoilt for choices ! The open bay of Venus bay, Anderson Inlet accessible from the Second Estate which has its own boat ramp, but there is the river fishing In Tarwin Lower also accessible by Boat, Not to mention Cape Patterson and Walkerville
