Absolute waterfront home in American River with stunning sea views. Pavs Place is a quality built 4 bedroom home, including king and queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom and separate toilet. Open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The large outdoor deck facilitates outdoor entertainment and your enjoyment of the expansive views over the bay and beyond. Indoor wood fire and excellent crossflow ventilation from sea breezes ensure year-round comfort. At the rear of the property is a Council reserve that further enhances that sense of space and country. Peace, views and tranquillity, yet only a short distance to the Deck Café, Oyster Shop, KI Lodge (Reflections Restaurant and KI Bar & Lounge), Post Office and General Store. 1 min drive to the boat ramp, 10 minutes to Pennington Bay and just 30 minutes to Penneshaw or Kingscote. The property is surrounded by nature, a peaceful way of life and centrally located on Kangaroo Island to facilitate your enjoyment of all that Kangaroo Island has to offer.
