This is a comfortable house with modern styling is located on a quiet street, just minutes away from Dicky Beach. This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home caters for families with little ones looking for a peaceful, dog-friendly beachside vacation. The renovated space features a gourmet kitchen, large living room, and separate media/play area. Outside is a large backyard with seating and a BBQ. This family home is outfitted with three bedrooms (Bed 1 has a king bed Bed 2 has a double, Bed 3 has a queen), with a main bathroom with separate toilet and laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your necessary appliances that opens onto the back yard. Outside features a BBQ table with seating for six, plus two lounge seats. The home has air-conditioning in the master bedroom and main lounge room, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Please note there are active security cameras just out the front of the home. The home is an easy 10 minute stroll to nearby Currimundi dog beach via wide paths and roads with little traffic (as pointed out by our recent guest Jenny). Jenny also loved the great local coffee supplied by a local coffee van, right at the beach every morning to serve the early morning surfers and dog walkers.
