Any reservation made for arrival or departure on December 25th will unfortunately need to be cancelled via Booking . com support. Please note: We require a 50% deposit for bookings made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. As Booking. com does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our card processing provider applies a 1.9% surcharge, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
