Our space has been created with privacy and a fantastic guest experience front and center. Built in 1927, the property retains high ceilings and character features of the period. All furnishings and decor have been curated for comfort, quality and style to ensure your stay is exceptional. The property is located near the coast between Perth CBD and Fremantle with exceptionally easy transport links. A 350m walk to South Cottesloe Beach and easy walking distance to shops, cafes and bars. Only 50 meters to Victoria St Train Station with a direct line to airport (50min), Perth CBD (24min) and Fremantle (6 min). Cottesloe and Leighton beaches (voted the number 1 and 2 beaches in Perth on Urban List) are both in walking distance while Gibney's Restaurant (voted the number 1 restaurant in Perth on Urban List) is 750m away. We look forward to sharing our sanctuary with you.

Situated on the border of Cottesloe and Mosman Park, the area has a wide variety of cafes, bars, restaurants and easy shopping. There is a 24 hour convenience store 50m from the property and a large supermarket (Coles) 350m away for groceries. The nearby train station gives you easy access to Fremantle and Perth CBD. The beach is 350m away and the swan river is 1.6km in the opposite direction. Both have amazing views with great swimming and water sports. There is a lot of public space, including parks, tennis courts, walking/ cycling trails and beaches in easy walking distance.
