Situated on the banks of the Tamar River on just under 4 acres with abundant wildlife. Having direct access from the garden on to the river walk and on up to the beach and the nature around us make this a great property to relax, unwind and recharge.

We are happy, family orientated, hard working and love nature, peace and anything to do with water, all of which we are blessed with where we live. We are lucky living in such a special corner of the world and are happy to share it with our guests. The B&B is on the left of the drive, we live on the property on the right.

The Tamar Valley has many great attractions, from the natural beauty of the Launceston Gorge, its many vineyards, museums, lookouts and popular cycling route, great walks and friendly locals. What's more we are situated right in the heart of it all.
